Now taking applicants for downtown co-work office space

Co-working office space certainly isn’t a new concept. In fact, we shared office space with three other companies in a similar environment in 2004 at our first start-up. The question has come up previously this year, but we’re asking again.

The gist of it is you share a full office and its amenities, but only pay for your space & the resources you require. Perfect for freelancers, day travellers and one or two person shops.

We’re still compiling our lists to make sure it’s both financially feasible and physically available. We know what it takes, but the interest (and the right building) has to be there. So… What is your interest level in a Downtown Toledo co-work office space?

How much would co-working space cost? I don’t have a clue about pricing.

Answer: Pricing is far from being set in stone. We’re shooting for the average monthly cost for a dedicated desk and parking space to be in the neighborhood of $100-200. Daily rates and other plans are being discussed.
